The following terms and conditions apply to the services of Sufala Soul~ & Breathwork Coaching:
Report
When an appointment is made, you will receive a confirmation from Sufala Soul & Breathwork* and the appointment is final. This confirmation can be done by email or via Whatsapp.
When the appointment takes place in a group and the number of participants stated in the information is not reached, the activity can be canceled by the organization.
Participation amount
The general information af the service states what is included and what is not.
Payment
Your appointment / participation is final after confirmation of the appointment and a payment obligation also arises.
Payment must be made in advance and immediately after making an appointment. I will send a payment request for this. It may take up to 24 hours before there is an opportunity to send it.
Cancellation
The cancellation conditions are stated in the rates and are as follows;
Please cancel by mail to hello@sufala.org or a Whats-app message to +31 (0)6 48839527.
When canceling up to 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the amount will be charged and therefore 50% will be refunded. No exceptions are made to this.
Refunds will only be made to the account no. where the amount came from.
Liability
- Participants should be aware of the possible risks of participation.
- Directions and instructions regarding safety from the organization* must always be followed. Non-compliance may lead to exclusion from the activity without entitlement to any financial compensation or refund.
- The organization* is, barring negligence, not liable for damage or injury incurred during the activity.
Differences
~ Deviations from these general terms and conditions by the organization will only be determined in writing.
